We are creating a private communication channel between housebuilding executives and subcontractors to learn, communicate issues and strengthen the relationship.
Networking and Ongoing support
It's time to introduce a confidential safe space for subcontractors to lean towards to strengthen their confidence in the House Building industry, AND make some friends along the way.

John started life as a Quantity Surveyor in House building over 30 years ago later became the Managing Director of Peter Ward Homes. He has seen everything. He understands the problems faced in the industry and is keen to lead a project to further strengthen the relationship between Subcontractors and House Builders.

Fran joined the House Building industry in 2016 when she started her construction cleaning business. She has experienced first hand how the issues involving the relationship between House Builders and Subcontractors can be very frustrating when trying to run a successful business in the industry.
